Mulberry Park workspace available in 2018
A new Community Hub in the Combe Down area is to boost facilities for local businesses.
Housing association and house builder Curo is building a new £10M community hub at the heart of its flagship Mulberry Park development in Combe Down, Bath.
Alongside a primary school and children’s nursery, the hub will be home to state-of-the–art community and business facilities when it opens in September 2018. It will provide 3,000sq.ft. of workspace in two units, which could suit a single occupier, two separate suites (2,000sq.ft and 1,000sq.ft) or a workspace operator.
The building will benefit from superfast broadband connectivity and good transport links to the city centre.
Designed as a beacon for the local community, the striking buildings will be marked out from new homes by distinctive perforated copper alloy panels. The hub will have a café on the ground floor, with health and wellbeing suites, meeting rooms and event space on the first floor.
The employment space will be ready for occupation or fit-out from May 2018, with the community building itself in full use from September 2018. For more information and to register your interest in the work space, please contact:
