A number of sites along the riverside represent a remarkable regeneration and development opportunity for Bath. We have featured a number that are coming forward in the short or medium term that will be of interest to investors and businesses.
Bath Quays South is currently under construction in a prime riverside location with easy walking distance from Bath Spa. It will provide 50,000 sq ft of new 'grade a' office space at No.1 Bath Quays and 45,000 sq ft of creative workspace in the ex-industrial Newark Works building.
Bath Quays North is even more centrally located on the north side of the River Avon. The site has outline planning consent and is being developed by Legal & General, Bellhammer and Bath & North East Somerset Council in a joint venture. It will deliver up to 250,000 sq ft of new 'Grade a' office space alongisde new homes, leisure facilities and a business hotel, thus creating a new commercial quarter in the city.
Roseberry Place is located at a riverside location within our Enterprise Zone and within walking distance of Oldfield Park rail station. It will provide up to 60,000 sq ft of 'grade a' office space and has full planning consent.

Some of the sites featured here fall within the Bath and Somer Valley Enterprise Zone fiscal boundary agreed by the Government, which means that businesses based within those areas may be eligible for business rates relief.
