As part of Future Bright, Cool Ventures will be running a free Customer Service Experience Workshop in June. This workshop is for employees working within retail, care, tourism and hospitality in the Bath and North East Somerset area.
You can send up to 2 employees from your organisation who will be encouraged to come back to the workplace to share the ideas and learning with their colleagues and create a customer service action plan to improve the experience you are giving to your customers.

The University of Bath has been awarded £1.5 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to deliver start-up, scale-up, open innovation and investment support to grow innovative businesses in the West of England. We at Invest in Bath have contributed funding to the programme as a project partner.
The UK is set to leave the EU imminently. Leaving the EU means your business may need to prepare for change.
Delivering a deal negotiated with the EU remains the government’s top priority. With an implementation period until December 2020, this would give businesses stability, certainty and time to prepare for our new relationship after EU Exit.
